33 Spine Align
One organization especially close to our hearts is 33 Spine Align, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to life-changing spinal care for underserved communities. Co-founded by our own TJ Keilty, 33 Spine Align was born out of a shared belief that surgical excellence and compassion should not be limited by geography or income.
The organization partners with international hospitals and surgeons—most notably FOCOS Orthopedic Hospital in Ghana—to provide complex spinal surgeries for patients who would otherwise go without care. These mission trips are coordinated with precision and heart, often mobilizing teams of medical and non-medical volunteers to deliver not just treatment, but hope.
At Keilty Bonadio, we don’t just talk about supporting the mission—we live it. Our attorneys and staff contribute time, resources, and legal expertise to help 33 Spine Align thrive. From assisting with nonprofit governance and compliance, to helping organize and sponsor major fundraising efforts, our firm is deeply invested in the organization’s long-term success.
